Switch – Bench Top Reactor

Engineered for Fluid Versatility

The Switch Series Jacketed Bench Lab Reactor redefines flexibility for modern lab-scale processing. Designed for seamless volume switching on a single skid, it enables faster process development and effortless scale-up. Built to handle high vacuum and extreme temperatures, it performs reliably even under demanding reaction conditions. Its smart, interchangeable vessel design reduces equipment redundancy while maximizing efficiency. With dedicated Precision and Viscous series options, it adapts to diverse process needs with ease. A perfect solution for streamlining feasibility, optimization, and scale-up on one platform.

The system supports two specialized reactor vessel designs:

Designed with L/D (Length-to-Diameter) geometrical similarity, enabling consistent hydrodynamics and simplified scale-up during process development.

Designed for handling high-viscosity fluids, equipped with an anchor-type agitator that ensures efficient mixing and heat transfer in viscous reaction systems.

Easy Interchangeability from 250 mL to 5 L
The Switch Series allows quick swapping of reactor vessels across volumes ranging from 250 mL to 5 L on the same skid platform. This flexibility enables efficient process development and simplifies scale-up studies without the need for multiple reactor systems.
Quick-Release Vessel Clamp for Operator Convenience
The reactor is equipped with a quick-release vessel clamp system that enables fast and secure mounting or removal of reactor vessels. This feature improves operational efficiency and enhances ease of use for laboratory operators.
Efficient Spill Management with Integrated Drip Tray
An integrated drip tray is provided to collect accidental spills during operation or vessel handling. This helps maintain a clean workspace and protects laboratory floors from chemical exposure.
Robust Design for High Vacuum and Extreme Process Temperatures
The reactor system is engineered to operate reliably under high vacuum conditions and elevated process temperatures, making it suitable for demanding synthesis, reaction optimization, and advanced process development.
