Smarter washing for more consistent peptide synthesis

PeptiFlex is a semi-automated solid phase peptide synthesizer designed to bring greater efficiency and consistency to peptide synthesis by automating the repetitive washing cycles involved during coupling and deprotection stages. Equipped with pneumatically operated valves and pumps, the system executes user-defined washing recipes for automated solvent addition, washing, and draining. By minimizing manual intervention across multiple wash cycles, PeptiFlex streamlines the synthesis workflow, improves process repeatability, and delivers the flexibility needed for efficient peptide process development.

Safe Dosing and Valve Control
An integrated air/N₂ filter pressure regulator provides controlled air or nitrogen pressure for operating the dosing system and valves safely.
Flexible, Upgradeable Module
The modular design allows the manual SPPS system to be upgraded to a semi-automated system as process needs evolve.
