Pilot PeptiFlex is a semi-automated solid phase peptide synthesizer engineered for pilot-scale peptide process development and scale-up. The system combines a 50 L / 60 L synthesis platform with automated washing workflows to reduce repetitive manual intervention during the coupling and deprotection stages of SPPS. Pneumatically operated valves and pumps execute user-defined washing recipes for controlled solvent handling, washing and draining, helping improve workflow consistency across repeated synthesis cycles. Built around a compact, mobile and modular architecture, Pilot PeptiFlex can be configured around process requirements while offering convenient access for operation, cleaning and maintenance – providing a flexible bridge from laboratory development to larger-scale peptide processing.

Modular Mobile Waste Collection
